1Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 77puv platform in any capacity.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their 77puv wallet using any of the supported payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to free credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or any other promotional funds credited to the Player's account by 77puv.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Balance must be played through on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Territory" refers to any jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or in which 77puv does not hold a valid operating authorization.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification procedures 77puv may require Players to complete, including submission of government-issued identification documents.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within the 77puv account settings.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 77puv platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date stated above and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between You and 77puv. 3Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 77puv platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

4Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games, sports betting, and other features of the 77puv platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method (e.g., GCash wallet number).

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active 77puv account at any time. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — identified by shared mobile number, GCash or Maya wallet, device fingerprint, IP address, bank account, or identity documents — are strictly prohibited. 77puv reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate all associated balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 77puv login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77puv will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where that access results from your failure to maintain secure credentials.

4.4 KYC Verification

77puv may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS card, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary restriction of deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality until verification is completed.

4.5 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 77puv account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations, will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have already been satisfied.

5Responsible Gaming

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

77puv supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, and USDT TRC20. 6.2 Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 77puv cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your 77puv wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77puv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunication outages.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

6.4 Currency

All transactions on 77puv are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players depositing via USDT TRC20 will have their deposit converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. 77puv does not charge currency conversion fees, though your payment provider may impose their own fees independently.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

77puv may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, referral bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements disclosed at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from Bonus Balances must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be exploiting, manipulating, or abusing 77puv bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral structures — will have their account suspended, all Bonus Balances forfeited, and may have their Real Money Balance withheld pending investigation.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Balances that are not used or wagered within the expiry period specified in the relevant promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8Gaming Rules

All casino games available on the 77puv platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and card games — are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable game rules before wagering real money.

9Sports Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Placement

9.4 Live Betting

Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, 77puv reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to market suspension will stand unless otherwise voided under these Terms.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77puv platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (as defined in Section 4.2).
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated sports betting, or sharing account access.

• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Abusing the 77puv customer support team, including threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward support agents.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any 77puv software or game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 7.3.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 77puv platform — including but not limited to the 77puv brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77puv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77puv platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of 77puv.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77puv, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 77puv platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the platform.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or data loss.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Decisions made by game engines or live dealers that result in an unfavorable outcome.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

The 77puv platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77puv makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, 77puv's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

By registering on the 77puv platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information — including your name, mobile number, payment details, and gaming activity — as described in the Privacy Policy. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve platform services.

77puv will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 14Amendments
